Caroline de Posada is a force. The bilingual mom of three boys is on a mission to help everyone live a healthier, more fulfilled, and more meaningful life.
Born and raised in Florida, Caroline is a second-generation Cuban-American and she wears her bicultural life proudly. An inspirational speaker, Caroline delivers her messages in both English and Spanish and she helps busy parents and professionals find their center, their truth. Her motto, “be there, even when you are not,” reminds us that we can develop meaningful relationships and long-lasting bonds in all areas of our lives, including our work and our homes.

Caroline is the author of Looking Over the Edge, a true story of facing fear and finding your way, and all the lessons in between. “Three years ago, my family and I survived a very scary experience. We learned that we are always in-training for what happens next. That is why I had to tell our story, so everyone understands that we are always preparing, always learning.” An excellent lesson for our children, right?
Caro is also the creator of Caro’s CORE Community and RejuvaFAST, a system that helps rejuvenate and renews the mind, body, and soul.
