Piloncillo y Vainilla is where Ale Graf shares her love for food and recipes created to nourish our body, mind, and soul. She and I have known each other for 5 years now. We met in 2015 at that year’s #WeAllGrow Latina Summit. At that time, we were both learning how to navigate the digital world. We also talked about family, and she shared how plant-based cooking has helped curve her son’s allergies. It was around the same time that my son made the decision to follow a gluten and dairy-free diet as a response to his allergic reactions to certain foods. Ale opened up a new world to my cooking!
Today, Ale has professional certification as a plant-based cook and continues her education in the world of healthy cooking. In her space, Ale shares her experience in the kitchen and her recipes which she hopes will encourage everyone to eat healthier foods.
Ale is the author of two e-books in Spanish, Siéntete Bien, Comiendo Bien, a guide to help us eat better, and 32 Smoothies, with recipes for smoothies, granolas, printable recipes and games to teach children about fruits and vegetables.
